I was unable to make the breakfast because I had a late night tour to Mt. Bromo. The staff at reception knew this and organised food from the breakfast to be left for me at the reception so that I would have food on my tour when I left that night. I did not ask for this. The staff member took the initiative, and I was very thankful and impressed!

Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs.
