Nice rooms with a wonderful shower after a day on the slopes

The staff is very fridndly. They gave us the room early. The location is great to go up the mountain.

The host was so kind, He was waiting for us until 1 AM. Then we sorted out check=in procedure which was a bit too long I would say.

Its in a cute village and if you like nature and walking and exploring it is perfect.

Cutest little medieval village. Charming historical and rustic accommodations. Homey with a lot of character . We enjoying cooking breakfast and dinner at home. Real wood burning fireplace was a bonus. Excellent hiking trails just outside the front door. Walkable to other quaint village. Close to the National park.

All good but the checkout time is @10am. Which need to change.

Absolutely loved how quiet and tranquil this place was. Our room overlooked the river and it was so peaceful to listen to it all night. The breakfast was great as well, my husband loved the buttery croissants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, convenient to restaurants, museums, hiking trails, and the bus — yet with no traffic. It’s an old building, tastefully updated but retaining its charm. The staff were all helpful, professional, and friendly.

Excellent breakfast, The staff were nice. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The hotel was very warm too warm but we were able to open our window to cool off. The hotel was close to the chair lift to Pal- Arinsol . They held our luggage for us while we shopped prior to getting the return bus.

Excellent room, great breakfast, kind and polite staff. The hotel's location is also very good, walking distance from pubs, bars and right on the bus line.

Pros: The location is great (15 min from Pal Arinsal), and the apartment was clean, quiet, and felt safe. About a 10 minute walk to a couple small grocery stores and a few restaurants were nearby. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Perfect instructions for collecting keys on arrival. Great bathroom with excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. Kitchen had everything we needed although the skillet is a bit worn. Very comfortable living area with great decor using vintage skis and ski parts - really loved that. Amazing terrace for dining or sundowners. Parking spot was perfect but the garage is very tight. Do not bring a large car.

Lovely old style ski chalet. Very well equipped kitchen & dining area. Perfect for family or small group. Loved to CD player and selection!! Lots of character & charm. Plus easy 10 min walk to gondola and plenty of restaurants around.

For the price of this place, it absolutely exceeded my expectations of what it would be. The facilities are new and well kept, there is a personal locker in your room that you can set your own code too. The showers are big and clean. The beds are comfortable and your room has a sink in it. Breakfast is provided, I am not sure if I paid for breakfast for my stay on booking.com, however it is worth the price. This building is very new and smells like new paint and wood. There is a washer and dryer and it only costs 8 Euros for both washing and drying. The hang-out place on the fifth floor comes with comfortable couches and a communal kitchen in the back which is decently sized. There are lots of places to sit along with two flatscreen TVs one in the "living room" type area and one where the tables are to sit and eat.

Very close to all the local amenities, lift station 2 minutes away, the property was very warm and relaxing great food and beers

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Princesa Parc Excellence. The room was excellent and the terrace exceptional. Staff was super kind!

Breakfast and lunch are pretty fine

We had a lovely stay. The people working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet and dinners on our half-board plan were very good. The hotel is located quite a way uphill from Andorra la Vella, not practical to walk, but it's not a long drive and there is a bus stop right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet and the sound of a rushing mountain stream outside was very soothing.
