Absolutely stunning views of the waterfalls from this resort. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant complimentary breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before our full day of hiking. The rooms (family room) was spacious and the balcony views were breathtaking! Comfy and clean rooms with large updated bathroom. I highly recommend staying here.

The office was closed when we arrived on Sunday evening but the keys were left in the safety box. When we got to the apartment it was already dark and we were a bit unhappy that we needed to climb up the stairs to the 2nd floor with no elevator, but when we entered the apartment it turned out to be very fresh, cosy and well equipped. In the morning our experience improved even more when we saw a beautiful view overlooking the Krimml waterfall and mountains. The stay was very comfortable, we could park the car in the garage which helped when it was snowing. The place was 3 mins away from the lifts and restaurant. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a ski room and sauna at disposal to the clients living in this apartment house - take the bathrobe! For sure the highest floor, the more climbing up the stairs but the views uncomparably better! Friendly English-speaking personnel. Thanks for the nice stay!
