My family of 5 people had this big cottage log house with plenty of space for us. Great heated pool with cover sometimes austria weather can change rapidly 🥳 During late hours we used the pool table and played some table tennis. They had this trusted self service koncept - here you just took from the bar what you like amd then put it on a note for the reception to bill it later on. Never seen it before but we liked it 👍 Fantastic hospitality the staff was was very service minded and Anna was a star - if you have just any small issue the she could solve it right away she is a star Our best recommendation goes out to this place

We booked the room before they started operation and we were impressed with the beauty of the room and decor. Our family of 5 people stays in a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms apartment for 5 nights with good space for a living/dining area. Brand new with a cozy modern style, feels like home. The surrounding area is quiet and natural with very fresh air 2-10 degrees Celsius. The Property provides underground private parking and ski storage room for free. We enjoy staying here and definitely will come back again next ski season.

The top-floor apartment is accessible via an elevator and has a basement storage area perfect for stowing skis and drying boots. It's impeccably clean and invitingly decorated, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (complete with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and everything you need). The sauna and massage tub are excellent for post-ski relaxation, complemented by a charming fireplace. The surroundings are tranquil, just a 10-minute journey from Kitzbühel. Our host Patricia is both beautiful and welcoming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. It would be our top choice for a return visit to Austria.

The views are great. The room was cozy and clean, also had a (shared) balcony with great views. The bed was comfortable. There are sitting possibilities near the house to enjoy the view or the sunset. The breakfast is outstanding!
