On the booking.com site they made a mistake in what was in the room (beds/sofas). Although the hotel couldn’t change the bedding (of course), they did everything to try and give us what we needed.

Apartment was in an extremely good location,right beside the lift. The staff were so very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Great service and clean apartment.

The hostel is very clean, very calm and very friendly. Elizabeth is an excellent host and made me feel most welcome. I even enjoyed a game of chess with some new friends after a day of skiing. Nena is also an adorable little pup.
