Property was conveniently located near a mall with lots of dining options. There were other restaurants near the apartment as well. The best part of our stay was the owner. Our luggage had not arrived with us, and he hired a driver to pick up our luggage for us when it finally arrived on a later flight. The owner and his wife were always reachable and made our stay so much easier. I cannot say enough of how helpful they were. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful and memorable experience staying here. The location was perfect – close to the mountains and nature spots like city center and airport which made weekend trips so enjoyable. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to witness the first snowfall in the city during our visit – a magical experience that made our time in Almaty even more memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty, whether for a short or long stay. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Apart Hotel Colibri. Thanks to Mr. Alex who made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a residential area, quite safe for families and very close to important tourist attractions. The facilities in the room were good and perfect. WIFI is fast. Spacious room, heated floor, hot water is not limited , the room was cosy and warm. It was our best stay in quite a long time. It felt like a proper 5 star hotel.
