The flat itself was very good, spacious and clean located on the last floor. However this flat is not located in the city centre, its next to Ladoven area, which is 18min walking from the city centre. So the advertisement is misleading. Another thing is the lift in the building very noisy specialy the motor. You can hear it, it is very annoying specially during the night, my family woke up every time the lift was in use. So for someone with small babies or those who are sensitive for noise this apartment is not good to stay in. Another this which i want to mention is that every friday night there is very loud music playing from nearest pub till 2.00 in the morning, even with closed windows you can hear it so another negative here. Also i do not understand why the owner is keeping all his clothes, documents and other personal possession in the apartment. There is only one empty wardrobe which you can put your belonging in it. Last but not least the beds, are verrryyyy noisy, super super annoying. You have too lie down without moving because it's gonna wake up another person next room. The mattresses were ok, but again so yellow, no protectors on it. In overall like i said flat was ok, but i would improve a couple of things before i would want to rent it.
