We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have already recommended it to all our friends. It’s a fabulous, well-managed spa hotel, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There are plenty of activities for the kids too. One thing that truly impressed us is the hotel’s own ecological farm. You can really taste the freshness of the products they use—the food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor.

Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... Staff was very kind and helpful(stayed in different hotels inBansko). It is also important to remind that Bulgarian people in restaurants and other hotels are not friendly and can be specified as rude people. Thats why it is very very warm and polite people in the lobby and housekeepers. Also hotel received my Amazon Germany delivery two days before I arrive to hotel and keep it in luggage room and informed me when they receive goods. Rooms were clean and hot enough. Swimming pools was very clean and not too crowded in the last week of January(high season).

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Set in Bansko, less than 1 km from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Spa, breakfast and rooms are fantastic. All facilities are very clean. Proximity to gondola lifts is super convenient.

We are family with three small kids. Which state at the hotel in the beginning of April. There were hardly any occupancy, so all the fools were ours :) there are 2 big pools and three small ones. Some hot some cold. Bulls are working from morning till 8:00 p.m. breakfast was very good. There is a plenty of parking because hotel is at the edge of the town. Overall great value for money.

The Social Hotel by Network Premium er 4 stjörnu gististaður í Bansko, tæpum 1 km frá Maríu meyjar-kirkjunni. Boðið er upp á sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og bar. I just spent a week at this lovely family run hotel. The family and staff were all so obliging, friendly and considerate. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner which was very good quality and fresh.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Къща Цвети is located in Dobrinishte, 7.3 km from Bansko Municipality and 7.4 km from Holy Trinity Church. A newly renovated house in a great location, with great hosts passionate about their business. Great breakfast! Real quiet around the neighborhood and close to the path towards Gotse Deltchev Hut.
