We had an excellent stay at the Schloss. From the perfect location in front of the train station to the top-class spa, friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and tea time, and the pleasant atmosphere in the living room and common areas—everything was wonderful. The ski locker area is well-organized, making it very convenient to head out for skiing. Highly recommended, 100%! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. Location is excellent, sparkling clean, rooms are unusually big for Switzerland, breakfast is good, staff is helpful and friendly.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi. Hotel was really great. Staff were friendly & hospitable. Room was really clean & comfortable & breakfast was great. I’d recommend to anyone & as a solo female traveler, I’d especially recommend.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... The breakfast was very good. We liked the location.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Chic hotel with an excellent selection for breakfast. Stayed only for one night as we were travelling around quite a bit but would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, cozy, clean and lovely mountain views from the sunny balcony. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you for the birthday chocolates too!
