The staff were amazing, best checkin ever, shown to room with explanation on how everything worked. Room upgrade magic, the view of mountain was unreal. Coffee machine was brilliant. Excellent wifi and car parking hassle free with internal access. We even got a bunch of roses for our wedding anniversary with other extras.

Indoor and heated outdoor pools were very enjoyable. Nice gym to burn off the great food. Breakfast was delicious. To order eggs and an amazing selection of everything else. Located in Obersalzberg below the Kehlsteinhaus (Eagles Nest) this incredible hotel gives you easy access to Berchtesgaden's many attractions. Easy walk to the bus boarding area for the Eagles Nest. Buy your tickets on-line in advance. Open mid-May to mid-October. Documentation Museum (History of the Nazi leadership in this area and atrocities) is located on the backside of the vehicle parking area for the Eagles Nest bus tour and is open year around. Visit the salt mine and take the fun tour and make sure you drive to the Konigssee and take the boat tour and enjoy some hiking. If you are a true adventurer you can walk to the Kehlsteinhaus from the hotel. They will give you a map. All trails so no bus conflict. Very well marked with sign posts. Said four hours but I did it in one and a half. You don't need to take the elevator to the Eagles Nest at the bus turn around area. Walk down the road 200-300 meters and a trail takes you to the top.

This centrally located hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Berchtesgaden Train Station. Each room has a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding Berchtesgaden Alps. We had a wonderful time. Situated in the Bavarian Alps, this family-run hotel offers elegant accommodation, an inviting spa area and panoramic views of the beautiful surroundings. Berchtesgaden centre lies 1.5 km away. Breakfast is included and it's absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family. Although we didn't utilize this service, they provide you with bus passes to get around town in - which is a nice perk! They have a handful of different types of saunas which were super relaxing to go around and rotate in. The pool is clean and great to cool off in after the saunas.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Fantastic place. The owner is so warm while we checked in. Will definitely recommend this place

Comfortable well designed hotel with modern furnishings and very friendly and professional staff. Relaxing breakfast room on the top floor with lovely views and serving a good quality spread of food with top ingredients.. We will be back for sure.

First of all, it’s very beautiful. The hotel consist out of five buildings each building in a different style. Very tasty. Interior decoration stunning spa area and a very good restaurant. Breakfast is great. Staff is amazing. I stayed in may in my life all over the world have never experienced such a competent, friendly and helpful team.
