We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s villa, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. The owner was vert friendly even though we didn't speak the same language. The apartment was very spacious and quite comfortable. It is located about a 10 minute drive from Plitvice Lakes park entrance and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

Location is near Plitvice National Park Staffs are kind ,responsive and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.16 Lakes restaurant wasOne of best restaurant in this trip.

Our host Bojan is amazing! He mapped out tours and routes for us that are much better and more efficient than the existing ones. He was available for everything we needed and was very kind and warm-hearted. Bojan makes a great breakfast :) Property is 15min walking distance from entrance to the National park.
