My recent stay at this hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and ideal location. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a room that didn’t quite meet our expectations. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, immediately offering us an upgraded room without any hassle. They even surprised us with complimentary spa vouchers and a bottle of wine, which made us feel especially welcomed and valued. The hotel is perfectly situated for nature enthusiasts, offering stunning views and easy access to beautiful nature walks. The proximity to the cable car was a huge plus, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities at the hotel were rich with activities, ensuring that there was always something to do, whether you wanted to relax or be active. Parking was another convenient aspect, being close and easy to access, which is always a relief when traveling. Considering the overall experience, I found the price to be fair and well worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking to enjoy a blend of comfort, excellent service, and natural beauty.

Staff were incredible (especially Louisana, Nicola and Kiara), friendly and accommodating. This accommodation and their facilities are intentionally designed for families. We had such a wonderful time, and our daughter was sad to leave. Highly recommend and look forward to hopefully come back again.
