As heavy travellers, we are quite harsh in giving ratings. This hotel is really lovely. The overall hotel is beautiful. Maybe just a little more decor can make it more cosy, especially for winter days. The food was plenty and delicious, especially I appreciated the care for gluten and lactose free options at breakfast. During the New Years eve dinner they prepared special meal for me due to my allergies, highly appreciated (as in other 5 star hotels sometimes they dont care). We had the best tasting ever veal with truffles dish. Friendly staff, free parking, nice saunas, everything provided (bathrobes etc). We really appreciated that the owner was present most of times, interacting with the guests- a very nice gentleman, caring for his guests. Not to forget that the road trip to the hotel and all area is absolutely beautiful.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were very helpful with all our enquires and great service throughout our stay. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a super breakfast each morning. We ate in the restaurant on one evening, and it was suberb. The hotel is very close to the gondola and generally is a perfect location to bus or drive to many walking trails. A jacuzzi or sauna in the hotel was very welcome at the end of the day. Rafael was a pleasure to deal with.

The apartment was beautiful and perfectly cleaned for our arrival. The kitchen was very well-stocked with items to cook with, which was super helpful. It was nice to be able to make our own fresh espresso in the morning and enjoy dinners in when we wanted. The staff was very communicative and available, if needed. We were also happy with the laundry facilities offered on-site. Beautiful view of the village from the patio and living room.

I rarely stay in a place that 1) exceeds my expectations and 2) feels better than home. This one is such and if I could rate it more than 10, I would. The apartment is big, cozy, modern, and fully equipped, with a reserved parking place in front of the house. You see the huge mountain from the terrace on the left, on the right - the lake. Also, the host kindly sent me a forgotten item after our departure.

The host was very friendly, the room was very clean, with modern design and wood furniture. We even got coffee and snacks included for the morning. A rare 10/10 location. The view when you leave the location is awesome. The bus station is right next to the hotel.

The host was very welcoming and kind. During breakfast, we had a long conversation and talked about culture, the area, and more. The food was very good. The accommodation was excellent, clean, and everything was arranged down to the smallest detail. The area is very beautiful and close to the city.
