Everything is so clean and well kept, the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful and there is a wonderful sense of community among those staying there. The beds were also some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an accommodation.

Amazing place to stay in Hakuba: comfortable beds, clean, just renovated beautiful place, cosy fireplace, amazing food & the best staff. It's a 10 min drive from hakuba centre and the main ski slopes but they provide a handy shuttle service. After skiing, they brought us to a beautiful onsen in the mountains to relax.

The property offers soundproof units and is situated 31 km from Phoenix Plaza. The staff was absolutely lovely. They keep the shared kitchen stocked with eggs and they gift you bread and drinks in the room refrigerator. They were so nice and my family had a lot of fun with the numerous dinosaur toys, puzzles, and decorations.

The owner, Mr Masa is a very sweet person who was always happy to give suggestions and guide us. He helped us with our luggage and transportation as well, I can’t thank him enough. The house is close to attractions while being in a quiet area and also has all amenities you would need. I really wish I’d booked more time but will definitely be back

Staff was super kind and helpful. 15 min. drive from a ski park, 20 min. from Karuizawa city center.
