Good location and value for big groups. Not too far from the Zao Onsen Ski Resort, only an hour away by highway, and good onsens in the area. We were given meal voucher tickets when checking in, and ate good at the local restaurant for dinner. Houses were clean and check in was easy.

Hotel provides a nice breakfast with large variety of food. This is the largest breakfast I have seen. Food is exceptionally good. Pancake maker is a nice experience. Onsen also nice

The value for money is amazing especially the service from the exceptional staff. I felt we were very tired and demanding guests, asking lots of questions, being a bit dramatic after lots of traveling, but they were so patient, lovely and accommodating. The view was amazing, over looking mountains and the river. I never got tired of it! The Onsen is fantastic as well. Over the 4 days we were there, i went 4 times! Worth the stay and will make the track from Australia again!
