Matatagpuan 24 km mula sa Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort, nag-aalok ang Noka Minshuku Sanzen ng hardin, terrace, at naka-air condition na accommodation na may balcony at libreng WiFi. This quirky house has been lovingly restored and updated by Nobu and her family who live next door. The amount and types of wood used in the construction of the house is incredible, from the wooden staircase and hand-crafted hand rail, to the curved wooden bathroom, giving the feel that you are inside a barrel. It includes the washing machine, a huge shower room and separate, very snazzy toilet. With all mod cons, we had a very comfortable week here. Even the futons were OK for this old, unaccustomed body. The bedroom is covered in beautiful, traditional tatami. The 3rd floor loft has a hammock and chairs with lovely views of the countryside, which you can also enjoy from the dining table downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and basic condiments are provided (oil etc), so it was easy to self cater. The house has air conditioners upstairs and down as well as kerosene heaters so we were very cosy despite record amounts of snow. We parked directly out front and the watering hose did a good job keep the area clear of snow. The supplied snow shovel and brush were a life saver. Our host family were sweet, taking time to ensure we understood all the facilities and gave us gifts of local food.

Matatagpuan sa loob ng 31 km ng Zenkō-ji Temple at 33 km ng Nagano Station sa Myoko, nagtatampok ang Yado Brodiaea ng accommodation na may flat-screen TV. Definitely one of the best stay experience so far in Japan. The hosts are extremely good and I am out of words to describe how welcoming they are. They took care of every small thing we needed and beyond that. They guided us through all the necessary details of the town, gave us a short tour of the town and also dropped and picked us up from the ski resort. The entire property has floor heating and was so clean, comfortable and cozy. I am really thankful to them for all the efforts they have made to make our trip a memorable one.

Matatagpuan sa Myoko, 31 km mula sa Zenkō-ji Temple at 33 km mula sa Nagano Station, nagtatampok ang Pension Moomin Papa ng accommodation na may libreng WiFi, air conditioning, hardin, at shared... Papa took care of us really really well, very cozy, well run lodge. I really enjoyed my time here, especially the onsen after ski! That was amazing.

Offering a terrace and hot spring bath, Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan is situated in Minami Uonuma, 2 km from Maiko Snow Resort. Free private parking is available on site. The staff were super nice and helpful. They tried their best to help us if we have any questions.

Yuzawa Grand Hotel is within a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Train Station and the Sake Museum. It offers 3 public baths, a massage service and free parking on site. Super convenient from shinkansen station, convenient rental for ski and snowboard and even sent us to the ski slopes. Rooms and onsen were well maintained and clearly upgraded. Super worthwhile stay!

Featuring 10 uniquely designed hot spring baths, Shosenkaku Kagetsu provides Japanese-style accommodation just a 5-minute walk from JR Echigo Yuzawa Train Station. - spacious room for two people. - the pillow is very comfortable and I slept very well with it!! - staffs are all very nice and willing to help, even with limited English:-) - the location is also perfect! Only 4-5 min walk from the west exit of the Echigo-Yuzawa station. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the same street.

Awesome cultural experience, convient to some of the best powder skiing, onsen soak after day of skiing, all staff - from the kindest owner to her Japanese and seasonal team from Australia was so helpful... overall the best!
