GoHemp is great! :) Great hotel location - everything is in 5min walk distance - shops, combini, train station, tasty restaurants! Everything was excellent - the room, the check-in process, all the facilities. We will absolutely stay at this place more and more times during our next visits.

A thoroughly excellent hotel with kind staff and good facilities. It's located minutes away from the Yokoteyama area which is great for all skiing abilities. The hotel itself is a ways away from other locations so it's definitely on the quieter side. The staff here are exceptional, easy going, and attentive. We built a ski jump out the front of the hotel and they were absolutely fine with it, not many places would let you do that in my experience. The snowmobiling tour was great, the food was excellent, and Sachi is very cute.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The private onsen, the room, and the location were all top tier. The facilities were so lovely and everyone was so accommodating. We had to rush out in the morning, so we didn’t have time to properly thank Akira or his mother.

The staff were unbelievably nice and helpful, always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the homemade dinner with local ingredients. And the location in the middle of beautiful nature was fantastic. Minshuku Miyama is a real hidden gem, perfect for anyone looking for peace and an authentic experience. I highly recommend it!
