The staff is so helpful! The room is comfortable! Everything was perfect! I had a problem with the heater on my room and the staff was very helpful!

Great staff, great location and the rooms, gardens and hotel areas are really nice. A great place to relax and enjoy Tahoe. Close enough to easily get to restaurants but far enough out to give peace and quiet. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and thoughtful.
