The breakfast was fantastic, it was buffet, and the staff was so great

Our stay at BNB Hotel N Spa was truly exceptional, and one of the highlights was how impeccably clean and well-maintained the property is. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we noticed the pristine environment, with fresh scents and sparkling floors that immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, with neatly arranged amenities and attention to detail that made us feel right at home. The hotel takes hygiene seriously, and it shows in every corner—from the crisp, fresh linens to the polished spa facilities. It’s clear that BNB Hotel N Spa prioritizes creating a welcoming and sanitary atmosphere for all its guests. What really elevated our experience was the outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Whether we needed help navigating the area or tips on the best local spots, their assistance was invaluable. A special mention goes to Khalil at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism stood out. Khalil provided exceptional service, even going as far as arranging a Yango ride (the local equivalent of Uber) for us with ease. One night, at 2 a.m., when everything in the city was closed, Khalil went out of his way to prepare a meal for our family—an act of kindness we’ll never forget. If you’re a tourist who loves the vibrant nightlife, BNB Hotel N Spa is ideally located near some of the best clubs in Abidjan, making it the perfect choice for both relaxation and entertainment. Look no further—this hotel offers not only an unforgettable experience with its top-tier service and cleanliness but also a prime location for exploring the city's dynamic energy. We’ll definitely be returning!
