I spent 3 nights at Le 1837. It is not a hotel nor a b&b. It is a "résidence de tourisme". That is what they told us as the reason why they would not serve breakfast nor would give us handsoap or shampoo. Our accommodation was a fully equipped small apartment, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, just 2-3 minute walk from downtown and a 5-minute walking distance from a public EV charging station, which was handy(although slow) for us. Parking wss easy and staff was very cordial. The representative that welcome us on the first day did not speak English, or Italian or Spanish (that was all I could offer!). We therefore used Google Translate to understand each other. She said she was a seasonal worker. I guess they don't get a lot of foreign tourists. We booked last minute, litterally 10 minutes before showing up. She could not find us in the system. She called her boss who told her how to sort it out. There is a nice board game room with AC where I was able to work a few times, nobody else was there. All in all a positive experience.

Marie is a very friendly host! The apartment is spacious with a lovely garden and nice jacuzzi. We loved all the beautiful photos in the apartment!
