Just a min walk from station. We got a free upgrade to high floor with a panoramic view of the city. Spacious room with floor-to-ceiling window. Special remark to the automatic curtain which avoid the direct sunlight exposure when we wake up around noon. Exceptional and attentive services. Frontline staffs serve us chocolate and drinks when we do the check out!

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was warm and spacious, providing a cozy retreat. Its prime location was incredibly convenient, near the train station and just a 15-minute walk from the city center and Christmas market. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering vouchers for free public transport and discounts at museums, which was a lovely touch. They also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. The breakfast area, reminiscent of a scene from Harry Potter, was beautiful and atmospheric, making for a perfect start to each day. While the food variety was limited, it was tasty. Overall, it was a wonderful experience – I would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Madison Jenny—such a nice hotel! It’s located very close to Basel; easy to find; a picture-perfect small town just over the.border in France. Breakfast was delicious — lots of delicious offerings.

A nice big room that was very clean. We liked the fact that there was a lift. A special huge thank you to the guys who opened the gate for our car (having a new roof top car storage, our car was a few centimetres higher than the maximum allowed height). You saved our holidays!

The property is beautiful, it has everything one needs and it's just minutes away from a supermarket. The hosts were absolutely fantastic, very helpful, and the house in general was extremely comfortable and clean.
