The amazing bathrobes, our room had the sound of water from outside which was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel shuttle available at your convenience with super short waiting times. Fantastic breakfast and service with a beautiful Matterhorn view! The orange juice and nutella croissant were amazing. Tour of the hotel upon arrival. Parking garage has big size spaces. The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.

The team at 3 Chalets did an amazing job during our stay. Gaia orchestrated everything impeccably at the reception, while Lorenzo and his wife took fantastic care of the apartment and us. They brought us breakfast every morning at the same time and took care of our every wish. Extra espresso before we went skiing was my favorite.:) The shuttle service that Lorenzo is in charge of is fast and reliable. He knows a lot about Cervinia and is always happy to offer an advice.

This hotel is true, old world, alpine luxury. The location is exquisite - in the beautiful valley at the base of the Matterhorn (Cervino); ask for a room with THAT view. They accommodate pets. But it all starts with the staff - all with excellent attention to details, helpful and friendly. Go to their bar and sample cocktails at the huge lobby fireplace or outside. Special note of the barman, who new his stuff. The SPA is excellent and very clean. The rooms are great, with all amenities.

Beautiful place. Dinner is the best ever! The wine was amazing. Staff friendly, cozy common areas. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is divine!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, clean and modern. It is a skiing apartment, not exaclty for couples. The village and the nature are butiful, Alpine style, not less than expected. A bar is few steps away, Cervinia is 5 minutes by car, parking is in front of the house. Unfortunatelly, we didn't meet the host, but they gave us proper instructions and directions, so we didn't have any difficulties finding it and getting accomodated. Generally, all recomendations.
