Friendly staff Great service & room was perfect

Personnel was great, informative and always there to help us. The room and hotel was spotless clean, spacy and the breakfast had everything. The dinner which we had in the hotel was better than anything we had tried in Ortisei and Selva di Val Gardena. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely, charming place. It’s a short walk to Kastelruth, and the buses stop right outside the hotel. The sauna is wonderful. The food was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me as a vegetarian. It’s a great home base to explore the Dolomites!

The hospitality was top notch! The hotel was beautiful and the pool, relaxation areas, and saunas were wonderful. It is conveniently located right in town and is easily walking distance. The food was wonderful, as well.

Excellent hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! The service was outstanding — everything was well organized, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. A special bonus was the convenient parking and the possibility to charge our electric car directly at the hotel, which is very important when travelling by EV. The breakfast was delicious, very tasty and felt homemade, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had only the best impressions and would be happy to come back again!

The location is excellent, just a 7-minute drive from Ortisei. The rooms are very warm and completely quiet, with no noise at all. The breakfast was exceptional, with great yogurt and cheeses, a variety of granola, dried fruits, pancakes, croissants, bread, juices, and coffee. The owner was very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed this hotel.

I liked the scenic view from my room a lot, also the balcony and room were very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner was amazing! Do not hesitate to book the dinner at the hotel, as it is really worth it and for a good price.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ansitz Zehentner in Laion! From start to finish, this was truly one of our favorite stays yet, and we already can’t wait to return. The property is nestled in the cozy mountain town of Laion, tucked away in a peaceful piazza and surrounded by the beauty of the Dolomites. What made our stay especially memorable was the experience of staying on a working family-run milking farm. There’s such a genuine, welcoming feeling to the entire place. Simon and his mom (unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name!) took such wonderful care of us. They were incredibly kind, respectful, attentive, and responsive throughout our entire stay. Each morning, breakfast was the perfect start to our day, with everything we could have wanted before heading out to explore. Simon was also a fantastic resource and gave us wonderful recommendations for hikes and restaurants. We followed his suggestions throughout our stay, and every recommendation was spot-on. It made exploring the Dolomites so much easier and allowed us to experience places we might not have discovered on our own. We can’t recommend Ansitz Zehentner highly enough. The hospitality, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and genuine warmth of the family made our visit to the Dolomites truly unforgettable. The location was wonderful. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The owner is welcoming. The unit is equipped with all the facilities for cooking. The view is stunning and the jacuzzi is amazing.

Wonderful time at Villa Gabriela, warmly welcomed into this family’s beautiful home, with amazing meals each night and a delicious breakfast each morning. Good parking, easy access to Val Gardena slopes as well as hiking and cross country options. Quiet away from ortisei by 10 minutes. Particularly excellent job by Luca who answered all my questions and hosted each nights dinner with grace and hospitality beyond his years. I hope to return again in the future, thank you!

The location of the hotel was perfect with a nice view from the balcony. Car parking was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and well provisioned.

We had such a great time at the hotel. The owners really care for the place and it shows. Everything was just great. The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were tasty, the Staff was kind and helpful. We stayed there for two nights, and wished we could have stayed more. When we come back again to this area - we will certainly book there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Baumwirt! The location is perfect—close to Alpe di Siusi and Ortisei, with easy access to many Dolomites attractions. The nearby town has everything you need. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was beautiful, with a comfy bed, a great balcony, and a stunning view. The highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The hotel is family-run, and you can feel the warmth and care in every detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. They also gave us amazing travel tips and local recommendations we wouldn’t have found on our own. Breakfast had a nice countryside, farm-style feel—though a bit more variety would be great. The hotel also offers excellent amenities like a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and a relaxation room. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

Property was beautiful. The cleanliness, service. It felt like home. The chef prepared some amazing dishes for us even though we had dietary restrictions. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great stay with family and kids. The farm animals on the property made my kids so happy! And the playground too. Perfect for families. The host is kind, warm and welcoming. We'll be back soon!

The hotel has amazing view. It is up on the mountain. We stayed in the Family room which is spacious, clean and cozy. Christian and other staffs are very friendly and take good care of us.
