Everything in this hotel was perfect to me: the style, the comfort, the staff, the quietness, the cleanliness, available parking, village center at a few steps...not to mention a superb 5 course evening meal every day. Just perfect.

Great location near bus stop and short walk to train station. Close to other restaurants and shops. Wonderful attentive staff. Clean. Lovely decor with alpine charm. Amazing gourmet food experience. Relaxing spa. Transit pass included. We loved everything about this property. Great value!

The accommodations were beautiful and open. So much space for our family of 6.

This was my second stay in Residence Iris. I love how quiet and well-connected it is to all the cross-country ski slopes. The shuttle to the nearby ski resort was a big bonus.

The property location near the Lake Braies area was very close. Down from the property was a beautiful hiking trail that takes you to the lake, if you want to miss the traffic, and parking at the lake. Also the property is nestled in amongst a beautiful location looking out to the mountains which was breathtaking to take in. The Spa was an absolute pleasure to use after a long day out. The Spa area was so clean and well looked after, which made it a delight to use. You can tell the property manager goes above, and beyond to make your stay an unforgettable relaxing vacation. This property is a must stay and we would love to come back and stay again.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms was wonderful and ideal for our family. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and there were lots of options. The amenities were outstanding and our entire family had a great time. Will be back!

great breakfast, fantastic dinner

Amazing location if you plan to visit the east dolomites. Both prato piazza and braies lake are in the vicinity. Tre cime, cortina within 30-40min drive. The food was amazing, the dinners were a real culinary experience.

Beautiful spa and bar area, lovely pool, very comfy room with balcony and cooking area which was nice, amazing bike facilities and very friendly and helpful owner made it a really lovely stay. Breakfast can be ordered the day before and was all very delicious, likewise focaccia for dinner but we were too late to order

The location and proximity to lake braies, the views from the rooms, the staff was great, the attention to detail was perfect. We also had dinner here and it was great.

Staff was awesome, we got upgraded for our honeymoon which was so nice. Sauna is so awesome and breakfast/dinner was great.

I like that the hotel staff are very accommodating. They've given us all information that we needed e.g. what to see, where to eat, links to where to take the bus for Tre Cime etc... our room is clean and has a nice view. Breakfast has many selections. And we love the sauna! I highly recommend this place! Will definitel be coming back.

Amazing attention to detail was amazing. They take great care of all the facilities and furniture. They have 3 pools which was great for our daughter. The breakfast and dinner was spectacular.

We stayed as a large group of several families and rented four apartments, and everything was simply perfect. The apartments were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with very comfortable beds. Some of the apartments also had a lovely and practical garden area. There was plenty of parking, a relaxing spa area, and a beautiful swimming pool within walking distance. The location is excellent for exploring the area, with quick and easy access to the highway. The owners were wonderful, friendly, and responsive to every request. Highly recommended, especially for families and large groups. We would be very happy to return!
