The grounds are exceptional - lush and beautiful. There is a very large, clean pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Hacienda and bungalows are charming. A wonderful stay and experience.

Location ideal for beating the crowds at Chichen Itza. Very helpful staff and responsive to emails. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Library and game room. Air conditioning works well.

This hotel was such a wonderful place to be. Set back from the main road, with all the buildings nestled in the trees. We stayed in the suite and it was so lovely for the price. Staff were very helpful and sweet. The upper pool area was very relaxing and we had lunch served to the beach beds. Not sure what’s going on with the bigger lower pool, looked a bit dilapidated but didn’t bother us because we used the other one. You need a car there. We went to Chichenitza one morning at 8:30 and beat the crowds, it’s about 10 mins away by car.
