Spa hotels in Nuevo Nayarit

Dinner is delicious always, room was clean. Lobby is very comfortable, bar service is good.

We love this hotel, already 4 times booked this hotel

I enjoyed a lot the food in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was located in the 4th tower which you can tell everything is new, AC, big bathroom with bath tub. Restaurant on the roof with swimming pool and on the main floor there’s another restaurant along with the bar and live music. The taxis are right in front of the hotel as well as the public transportation. Very convenient. Also has an ATM

Baby was taken care of like a princess! Loved all the restaurants on site, favorite was Lucca!

Everything was great, however, the kindness of the staff is outstanding. The sand is soft (no stones) and the waves are mild for everyone to enjoy. The temperature in the pools is perfect. The room has one tub inside and one jacuzzi in the balcony, really nice!

The facility is clean everywhere you look. Very nice staff, all very helpful and welcoming. The food was exceptional.

Family favourite . Quiet resort , great for young kids no loud parties until 12 am

Our honeymoon at Hard Rock Hotel Puerto Vallarta was nothing short of exceptional — we were truly treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. Our room was stunning, and the thoughtful touches made it even more special — from the beautifully decorated door to the surprise newlywed goodies (chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of wine) waiting for us inside. The included airport transportation made everything effortless from start to finish. The entertainment staff were phenomenal — so talented, fun, and engaging! The evening shows are an absolute must-see and added so much excitement to our stay. For dining, we fell in love with Restaurant Ciao and the Market for breakfasts, and we were offered a dinner reservation at Umo, which was fantastic — a must-try for anyone visiting. On our final night, the resort arranged a private honeymoon dinner that was truly unforgettable. The chef personally came to our table for each course, they provided a curated set menu with a bottle of champagne, and they were incredibly attentive to my food allergies. It was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had anywhere. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and thoughtfulness. From the service to the entertainment to the food, everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta enough and absolutely can’t wait to return!

Beautiful wide beach, great pool, we enjoyed the big terrace of the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated.

This was by far the most beautiful resort that we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! The room was phenomenal with a view of the ocean, facilities were updated and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was ENORMOUS with a gorgeous walk-in shower and I love that the toilet was separate in a small room with a door. The decor was very well put-together so the aesthetic overall was incredible.

What I liked about the property was the cleanliness of the the apartment and I also liked that it was equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant vacation.

The full experience was incredible, specially the room was very nice.

Clean and safe common areas. Attentive security. The staff were amazing, always available, always friendly, always helpful. Can’t say enough about Richardo, Nadia, and Israel. The pool area was clean and spacious , clean bathrooms, plenty of chairs and loungers. The landscaping was very well maintained and manicured. We liked not being in Vidanta but having access to its amenities. The Mayan Palace gym was great to use and the different pools with beach access. Vidanta is very confusing to navigate but you get your steps in walking the different walkways which are all beautiful.

The building facility was great. The swimming pool and it had beach front.

Amazing atmosphere, awesome customer service and great food

Really good property, host was always available and replied quickly to any questions.

It was quiet, the sister resort next door was busier. Perfect for us. Grandchildren went there for kids club and loved every minute of it. Staff were very friendly and very hapoy.

Great location. With good view

“I loved how kind and welcoming all the staff were. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel very welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable

It is a smaller hotel and we liked the tranquility of it. It was not overcrowded and everything felt calm and relaxed. The hotel is not on the beach. They do have a shuttle which takes you to the Beach Club. We used it as an opportunity to walk there to get some exercise. Everyone from the staff (Ulisis, Armando, Ruth, Rocise etc) is so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The room was large with a sofa and the bed was very comfy. We were worried about the noise from airplanes arriving and departing but we only noticed it in the afternoon of arrival and then it did not bother us at all.
