We absolutely loved the pool area, where the restaurant and spa are located. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, and both the staff and the food were outstanding. We found ourselves spending a lot of time there throughout our stay. The location of the property was another major highlight. It was within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping centers, and the famous football stadium, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return.

Nothing they cancel my reservation saying that I had to check in by 3pm I showed bup at 5:30pm and they already cancel my reservation and gave my room to another customer .

I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, but The Quartz is by far my favorite. Everything about this hotel screams custom and five-star. No expense was spared — it's modern, elegant, and designed with a level of detail that sets it apart. My room featured stunning floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping city views, electronic roller shades, and a fully adjustable bed for maximum comfort. The bathroom felt ultra-luxurious, with a digital shower display showing temperature and gallons per minute. Every finish — from the flooring to the fixtures — was upscale and thoughtfully selected. They go above and beyond with the little things, too — like complimentary bottled water and gourmet coffee served in real ceramic mugs, not paper cups. It’s those small touches that reinforce the hotel’s commitment to quality. The entire property is next-level. You’ll find several restaurants either connected to or adjacent to the hotel, a lush tropical living wall, a peaceful garden, a full-service spa, and one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Secure garage parking is available for just $6 per day, which is incredibly reasonable and convenient for a hotel of this caliber. The staff were friendly, professional, and most spoke English, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, I could go on — The Quartz is amazing. From top to bottom, it’s clear this hotel was designed to impress. If you’re looking for a truly custom, five-star experience, this is it.
