There was excellent staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and all of the facilities. The wait staff in the restaurant was excellent . I was disappointed in the spa area because it was so crowded and the swimming pool was pretty warm. With Covid, I was uncomfortable using the spa and pool.

We was staying in Panda 2 - my partner and my parents and we must say big thank you. We really enjoyed staying in Panda and as well eating in lovely restaurant-the menu was great specially garlic snails my favourite.Location is perfect like 2 min walk to the spa .
