We were pleasantly impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. There is a cozy lobby on the ground floor where you can wait while your room is being prepared. The rooms are equipped with everything needed for a spa visit (bathrobe and slippers). Access to the thermal pool, sauna, and hammam is included in the room rate. Overall, I recommend this hotel; if we visit Bursa again, we would definitely want to stay there.
