we fell in love with this place! 1. New stylish modern minimalistic design- hands down! 2.Comfortable thoughtful room facilities!Kitchenette, all smart switches, modern thin black heating batteries, huge panoramic windows! 3. New good quality mattress, not that old spring ones. 4. Breakfast buffet with that panoramic view form the 8th floor. 5.rooftop pool was our favorite to do in the hotel. 6.we loved all about the spa, thoughtful location of each room (especially volcano stones sauna’s evergreen trees)

The apartments are new and we’ll-designed, situated on a quite street a bit aside of a busy city centre. We stayed in room 303 in the first building, it had two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small kitchen and a lounge, a corridor, and a guest bathroom. There also was a balcony overlooking the main Street. There were 4 of us and we felt absolutely comfortable. The staff are amazing, very helpful and professional. Alina at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, well done! The hotel provides buffet breakfast which was quite varied and tasty.

I stayed at Phoenix for a week with my family. We had the bigger cottage and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. I loved having coffee on our terrace every morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we had bottled water brought into our cottage every day as you cannot drink tap water there. I liked how they had a kids pool and an adult pool (even though some adults ended up bringing their kids to the adult pool, but that's on them) and the bar right next to it. There are really too many things to mention about this place, just in general it exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.
