Spa hotels in Samarkand

It's a beautiful new hotel and very well done. The staff are all very friendly and very responsive when there's a problem. The owner's son, Islom, stops by after his English class in the evening. He is only 11 years old, speaks great English already and is a delight to chat with.

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms, various breakfasts, spa is gorgeous with many towels as you want, perfect place to stay, especially with the kids :)

The staff was great and super helpful. Great service and value.

The staff is very supportive and very professional! We travelled with a family and they upgrated us to the bigger room. The room was very large modern and comfortable. As a family we were very happy and loved such approach. The lovation is very close to main areas. Value of money is fantastic.

The location was prime in the heart of historic town of Samarkand with proximity to markets. The breakfast was excellent- both in terms of variety and quality. Dine menu was remarkable. Most praiseworthy part is the behavior of staff - at reception, restaurant everywhere. They were so helpful with nice gestures and hospitality. Rooms and amenities were fantastic. Overall, an outstanding comfort well within budget !

The hotel is just amazing. Brand new. Good smell in every corner of the hotel. Amazing rooms, amazing atmosphare, amazing breakfast. Whoever built this hotel in Samarkand, he built a diamond. P.s.: the massage they give... it worth every money on earth... the beat you up like hell. And after that you wake up and you feel like you re-born.

Super hotel, excellent big room, phenomenal view, very comfortable bed and breakfast is delicious…

The property was in the perfect location, perfect for walking to many nearby restaurants and coffee spots. We absolutely loved the large size of the room, perfect for unwinding. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us.

Best hotel in Samarkand! The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.

Room, breakfast, spa.. everything was perfect! Definitely we will come back again.

Brand new hotel. Super comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Very helpful personnel. Next time , I will stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it's the best hotel I've stayed in during my time in Uzbekistan. The exceptional service provided by the entire staff was truly unparalleled. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we interacted with, including Mr. Savlat, was warm, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. I want to extend my special thanks to Mr. Savlat, who went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference in our experience. He arranged a city tour for us and the team also allowed us to check out late as a complimentary gesture. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay feel luxurious. The high-tech bidet in our room was a delightful surprise - it was easy to use and added an extra touch of luxury to our bathroom experience. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious! Freshly cooked dishes, a wide variety of options, and a lovely atmosphere made mornings a joy. During our tour, we were also assisted by a very friendly driver who despite not speaking English fluently, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. He even tried his best to communicate with us through gestures and smiles, which added to the charm of the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon!

The stuff is very warm and speak very good English, you don’t need to hesitate to ask for any help around the city. Breakfast is OK but the room is very clean. Excellent service

excellent hotel! We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, and high-quality service. Thank you for your hospitality! We would be happy to stay here again and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Everything was excellent. The hotel, staff, and services were all perfect.

A very elegant hotel, all class with ambience and so near to the historical sites that I so wanted to visit. Hotel even provided a map to assist as the sites were within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent and WIFI very good. Hotel was efficient in ensuring that my train was met late in the evening as arranged. Check-in staff excellent

The staff was very nice and friendly, and offered me a transfer from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel feels like 5 star. The service was impeccable. Very knowledgable and helpful front desk specially Hulsin (i am 100 percent i misspelled his name lol)

We were shocked by the hospitality. It's a brand-new family-owned B&B with only 10 rooms. The proprietor was went an extra mile for us. The breakfast was very home-style and huge. Our son got traveler's diarrhea on the last day we were there (he tasted something exotic at the bazaar we think, a common thing in Central Asia), so the owner gave him a room to lay down and babysitted him for several hours as we were completing our sightseeing in Samarkand.

Hotel smells lovely and in a nice quiet area, very close to airport and short drive from train station. Staff were super friendly especially Mr. Esrail. The spa was divine as well as their staff, we had done turkish hammam, coffee scrub and massage and it was amazing. Breakfast had great variety.

Thanks for unexpected upgrade! Room was clean and bright, good staff and service.

The stuff very good and perfect location and very very very clean, I like the security it is really safe and perfect

We arrived a couple of hours earlier and asked if I could check in and it was possible. On top of that they allowed us to have breakfast as well.

The hotel was very nice and thank to the staff

Warm welcome and spotless clean room. all staff are very professional and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay.

Special mention to Mr. Baig for his unwavering support

Very Clean Hotel and friendly syaff

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. It was truly luxurious, yet the price was surprisingly low for such a high level of comfort and quality. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to the manager, who was always available, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Both I and my parents were absolutely delighted with the service and the overall experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay at a great value.

Good staff and nice breakfast
