Amazing what the chef could do with what we all usually have have in our fridge at home. The taste and texture is a hit with flavours that you cannot create yourself.. Wine pairing is also perfect and the wine cellar is impressive: Schwanen is super relaxed and the interior breathe calmness and harmony. This was our second visit and we will be coming back. Emanuel is an excellent host and he has gathered a great team that takes really good care of you. Thank you very much!
