The staff was very kind. The facility is brand new, rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast really extremely good. The also opened the sauna area for me only. The hotel is located in a wonderful location. A further plus is that it is situated very close to a big playground for kids. What else to say? We'll definitely come back!

The room was absolutely wow — large, bright, and beautifully designed. The panoramic view from the balcony and the four large windows overlooking the town, mountains, and waterfall was simply phenomenal. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back in the future and would love to experience it again in the winter season.

This accomodation is the most beautiful accomodation I have ever stayed at. The lodge is beautiful with high quality materials right through. From the moment we walked in we felt at home and felt we stayed somewhere tranquil and very special. The sauna and pool area are of top quality and sparky clean. It was just what we all needed after a day of skiing. The breakfasts each morning were beautiful full of all healthy and fresh foods. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our barman/waiter Yarrow was an absolute gentleman and delight. He remembered all our names and was always ready to serve us the best drinks in a warm and friendly manner. Such a great person. Anna was also helpful and friendly. She also made the best goulash we had ever eaten. We’ll definitely be back one day. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday to Wagrain so special.
