The staff accommodated an early access to room as I had booked a spa before check in. The room was amazing, so luxurious and funky. Everything was amazing. It was my birthday so was a very special stay. I used the spa, had a treatment, ate and drank on the wet deck. I fully appreciated the 12pm check out. I ordered room service and really made the most of the room.

The apartment was spacious and very neat. The entire resort was very kid friendly. Hair braiding was organized for girls that my little girl loved. There is also a tennis court on the property and racquets and balls were provided. Kids loved their time in the pool. We loved the food and the vibe of the resort was great.

An amazing experience to stay at JW Marriott. The staff was very courteous and caring. Rooms were very nice and had great views. The best part was the breakfast at Citrique which has one of the most elaborate spreads that I had seen. Lots of options for vegetarian as well. And desserts that were quite delicious. The pool area is also very nice and cozy. Lots of lounging chair. They even have a large heated pool and a heated jacuzzi. Don't miss them if you are there.
