From the doorman, to the receptionists to the barman, they all provided exceptional hospitality. They were all friendly, compassionate and showed great initiative to make our stay more comfortable 2. The shower and the bed were so comfortable. If we hadn’t had other commitments we would have happily stayed in our room the whole time. 3. The attention to detail was the cherry on top. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and filled with clever touches that should be commended. This hotel will always be at the top of our list now when we visit Brussels, but with only a limited amount of rooms - I fear we will either need to book well in advance or hope we strike gold again.

Offering a seasonal heated outdoor relaxing pool, a sun terrace and a rooftop bar, JAM Brussels is located in the Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles district in Brussels. This hotel was very nice, definitely value for money. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer to fully enjoy all the amenities. The sparkling water was the perfect thing we really enjoyed.

Maginhawang matatagpuan ang eleganteng dinisenyong Mercure Hotel Brussels Centre Midi sa gitna ng lungsod, may limang minutong lakad mula sa Brussels-South Train Station kasama ang Eurostar at Thalys... After a little trepidation from the outside (near Midi, so not the best area at night, plus, the entire area is under construction) once we walked in, it was like another world. Room was in the back building, so no noise, room was spacious and clean, extra bed for our child was perfect. Had a gym, spa/wellness area included with the room which is was great. Close to trains, shopping, and literally everything else in less than 20 minutes walking. Really enjoyed our stay here.
