The hotel is in a nice area - safe and kept. There is absolutely professional security personnel at the entrance. It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and there was a good desk to work on. Windows were big and curtains were thick enough to not let the sun burn you in case you need to sleep. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The TV set had enough programs in English. The shower was one of my favorites in the room in general - enough water and easily adjusted spurt. Breakfast was relatively good and diverse - for the standards I have experienced elsewhere in Africa I would even say excellent. Room service was prompt. Shuttle to the airport was easy to organize.
