We really like the concept of the hotel. "Social hotel", unfamiliar people sit together on one big table becoming friends instantly. I never seen such thing anywhere not a typical 4 star hotel like you see everywhere where guests are isolated in the room. This place is definitely different and an experience you might want to try.

Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have already recommended it to all our friends. It’s a fabulous, well-managed spa hotel, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There are plenty of activities for the kids too. One thing that truly impressed us is the hotel’s own ecological farm. You can really taste the freshness of the products they use—the food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor.

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. We had an amazing stay at Ruskovets Resort. The food was excellent, every breakfast and dinner was different, always fresh, and very tasty. The room was amazing, very spacious, with a separate living room, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind and professional. The pool area was amazing, especially for kids. They have a separate children’s pool with warm water, which was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable as a family. The resort is very close to Bansko, just a 6–7 minute drive, making it the best choice if you want to visit Bansko but stay somewhere peaceful and comfortable. We will definitely come again and highly recommend Ruskovets Resort.

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. The double room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was clean and filled with hot thermal water, and guests can easily use the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and massage services. The staff were more than helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Set in Bansko, less than 1 km from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness... Everything was perfect ! The staff, the shuttle straight to the slopes and the spa!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The hotel would certainly not be described as modern - the decor, furnishings, everything - is old and heavy in style, but not in a bad way. Lots of wood, dark carpets etc. The feeling is perhaps of old charm. The rooms are large'ish - huge comfy bed, large super heated bathroom with both shower and bath. Luxurious hot water. Thermostat in the room works perfectly - you can be as warm as you like. Our (standard) room had a large balcony facing the slope & mountains. Beautiful view when the fog lifts. The spa services within the hotel are fantastic - a large indoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi and a good sized outdoor pool - where you can swim in hot water with the snow all around. A delightful experience! The location is second to none - for skiing in Bansko it can't be beat. It is right across from the Gondola - 30-40 meters walk in the snow from the ski shop rental within the hotel where you exit directly to the snow. Hotel restaurants are supposed to be very good but expensive. We did not book the full board option but sampled the local restaurants - there's plenty of great options to choose from in walking distance. As a tip I would suggest - rent your ski equipment in the hotel (the convenience is more than worth it) but buy your ski pass at the gondola. The hotel is happy to sell you the lift tickets with your equipment but they charge a premium of about 20 euro a day per person. Wifi works great. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful - overall a great experience.
