Set 600 metres away from the nearest cable car and 1300 metres away from the centre of Bansko, the 4-star Grand Royale Apartment Complex & Spa offers an indoor pool, a large spa, a gym and a... I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

The Perun Hotel enjoys a peaceful location next to the large city park on the edge of Sandanski. It offers fine Bulgarian cuisine. Room it was very good, breakfast good ,pool outside small inside good.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. The breakfast was delightful, and the SPA experience was outstanding. Our rooms were tidy, roomy, and interconnected. I highly recommend this hotel in Bansko if you appreciate attention to detail.

I was very pleased with the hotel. My room was comfortable and nicely designed. The wifi connection was very strong. It is a real boutique hotel here, especially there are many clean thermal pool options. The staff was polite and friendly. The restaurant offered a very rich open buffet breakfast and very delicious a la carte meals. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the thermal pool after skiing. Also the terrace bar in the facility was very nicely designed. Thank you for everything.
