Set in Pamporovo and 350 metres away from the nearest ski lift, Sunny Hills Ski&Wellness boasts a barbecue and surcharge wellness centre. Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

Breakfast was superb and the food in the restaurant is also great. Staff is polite, rooms were very clean and the hotel is in great shape.

Home style breakfast gave an additional touch of coziness to our stay. Facilities were clean, the deluxe room was spacious and perfectly equipped. We loved it!

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable , we had a heater which kept the room at an ambient temperature the wifi is good and there is smart tv for anyone wanting to log into Netflix. If we had time to stay longer we would have. The dinner was excellent and we had a good variety of food available at breakfast time. Would recommend to others.

Starting from the room that is well equipped, and good quality amenities, the entire hotel is very clean. The restaurant has been the best in the village. The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise. Thanks to the Team which has been professional and educated....all includes from the first step to the last. The program organized for the March 3rd was amazing.
