Everything is great, breakfast had a lot of choices and tasty, pool was clean and big, there is parking of the hotel, entrance with parking ticket that needs to be presented before checking out.

Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Great value for money. Everything was great, food is amazing, staff polite and available, amenities are all here.

The Kids could ski exactly next to parents view. Hotel swimming pool is nice. Strongly advise to family with kids. By sure, we will think about this hotel next year.

The location is perfect — just a few minutes walking to restaurants and the Musala trail. The apartment is fine — nothing special but good for the price and location.

Staff were very helpful, room was warm and cozy, breakfast was made to order and plentiful. We really enjoyed staying here.

The staff are exceptional and the hotel beautiful. The food is super tasty, plenty of choice for everyone's taste. We had an amazing holiday and we are planning to come back next year! Rooms at the Ice Angels Hotel are comfortable and spacious, with carpeted floors, seating area and a work desk. They are equipped with TV and telephone. Good size of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Excellent location. The food in the restaurant was tasty and at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.
