The exceptional service from David at Coralli/Barráa and Carlos on the beach made all the difference! Plus, the hotel has a great playlist that adds to the relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. The service is top class, all the staff is well trained, competent, very friendly and always ready to help. A special reference to the restaurant and pool bar team, Luana, Ismael, Alemão and Edson that from the very beginning took exceptional care of our family and specially the kids. We felt the most welcomed guests, already thinking about the next stay.
