The location is amazing and very easy to reach flying to the Comandatuba airport. The food was very diverse, serving typical local dishes to beef bourguignon. The beach is very nice. The seawater is clean, though not clear. For small children the sea is quite choppy, but they have life savers around and if you stay in the very shallow area it’s fine.

Txai is a 5-star resort set amidst the Atlantic Rainforest, a protected environmental area, 15 km from Itacaré. The hotel and its facilities are simply flawless - the beach is perfect, the room is amazing and the staff could not be more efficient and caring. I definitely recommend and expect to return!

Pousada Praia Bela is situated 100 metres from the beach in Ilheus. It offers accommodation with balcony. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free Wi- Fi is available. Staff, infra-structure and attention to guests needs.

This resort is located at tropical Praia do Sul beach in Ilhéus and surrounded by palm trees. It offers free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool. Extra charge for SPA use. The resort is very well located, right in front of a beautiful beach. The staff is friendly and rather attentive (when there aren‘t many guests) and the staff at the kids club were amazing. The food was good, but pretty pricy (if you only book the room incl. breakfast). The pool is big and clean. Many activities at the resort.

Pousada Portal da Concha is a practical beach hotel in the centre of Itacaré, just 200 metres from the central beachfront. It offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. The location and the breakfast were the best!!

Within 500 metres from Concha’s beach and only 10 minutes walking from the beaches of Resende and Tiririca. Good location, a lot of bungalows. Nice spacious room
