Situated in Puerto Varas, 500 metres from Pablo Fierro Museum, Wyndham Puerto Varas Pettra features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Fantastic property in a peaceful oasis. I arrived very late and the owner was very helpful. Excellent comminication throughout. The breakfast is lovely and the attention to detail in the property to a high standard. My only regret is I could not stay longer to make use of the property. Well done!

Clean rooms, beautiful design and artwork, the owners are so nice and helpful. Outstanding view of the city from the room, but very quiet because it is on a hill 5 minutes from town. They have the most sweet and friendly cat. The breakfast was outstanding, everything fresh and delicious- it was breakfast and lunch together. Eguardo speaks excellent English. Just stay here!

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. The food was amazing, staff were great, our room was incredible and had a terrific view of the volcano

To be clear, a few things were good: the food, the cocktails, the gardens, the quiet beach, and the lake view. The staff was polite, although communication in English was difficult. We were also allowed to check in one hour early, even if it was in a twin room instead of the double room we had actually booked. That is where the positives end.

Extremely clean bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. Super comfy bed. Huge breakfast served to our room at the time of our choosing with local cheese, avocado, a selection of cold meats, milk, youghurt, jam, natural juices and incredible bread (they bake it themselves). All appliances working including a Bose bluetooth speaker, perfect for enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine to soft music in the jacuzzi at night. Gloria y Cote are the nicest hosts ever, they treat you truly like family. They were so nice that when I asked for a charcoal grill to make a night barbecue they bought one specially for us! Even though Castro city is close (5 min drive) we went looking for a quiet place to relax but this exceeded our expectations, if you need a place to relax in Chiloé THIS IS IT!!
