We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location of this place is amazing. Only a short ride on the metro from all the main spots in Chongqing, but located in a local area with loads of amazing restaurants. You really feel like you’re getting a taste of local life staying here. The metro was only a 5 minute walk away and was super easy to navigate around from here. The room itself was beautiful and really comfy. What made the hotel stand out was the helpfulness of the staff, in particular the Manager, Jackson. He was so helpful in helping arrange a pick up at the airport for us as we were arriving really early in the morning. Jackson also took us on a tour on our first day in Chongqing which was amazing and helped us get our bearings, as well as learn about this amazing city. He was always available if we needed him and he helped make our stay even better. I absolutely recommend staying here, it truly made our time in Chongqing!

The room was amazing, we booked the biggest with the huge pool. I liked the amplifier for the music and the style of the hotel! And the view… grear view! I really enjoyed my staying. Kang kang’s service deserves 5 star rating also!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Rebecca, who spoke very good English, she continued with this helpfulness throughout our stay at the hotel. She organized our itinerary and even bought us some tea when we asked where we could buy it. We would definitely come back here again. The room was very big and the bathroom was huge with a bath that provided a welcome soak after a long day of walking. The location was convenient with the metro within the complex. Don't miss the drone show!!! Oh they do your laundry daily for free.
