Near downtown to walk easily around which saves the hassle of having to find a parking spot in town. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had when arriving during self check in. Finding the place was easy. Awesome hot tub. That and the sauna in our own area to ourselves really made the trip special. Thank you so much for having a great inviting space. I recommend this rental to anyone who's looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in ULM.

After a long day, guests can enjoy in the hotel spa area with a sauna, steam bath and an indoor pool. As always, the reception staff were very friendly and our dogs very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway making it a perfect overnight stop on our way to the south of France. There is plenty of space around the hotel to give the dogs a walk. A good breakfast is also included in the room rate. There is a huge car park and several options for eating.
