I booked the suite with jacuzzi and the room was exactly as described spacious, cleaned to perfection and the view is just stunning. The breakfast is rich in variety and very tasty. When you stay there don't miss out on the rooftop pool or the hydro bath in front of the large windows! The staff is very attentive and friendly and makes sure you are not missing anything during the stay. I often pass through Guayaquil and this will definitely will be my new base.

Located within the commercial and entertainment district of Guayaquil, this 5-star hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, spa with hydromassage and a gym. It also offers 4 restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the bed was so comfortable.

Offering complete, secure luxury accommodation, 1 km from San Marino Shopping Center and the down town district, the Hilton Colon offers spacious rooms with LCD TVs, a pool, 5 restaurants and 2 bars. My experience at the Hilton was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, greeting my family warmly and happily accommodating my ESA pet. A friendly tip: make sure to bring your documentation, as they do not charge for ESA pets with the proper paperwork. We were celebrating my mom's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us coordinate a surprise cake in our room, which made the occasion even more special. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drinks per person, which was such a thoughtful touch. The brunch offered a great variety of food choices, making it a delightful start to our morning. While we didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, we’re definitely looking forward to exploring it on our next visit. The added presence of security at the entrance also gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I wholeheartedly recommend booking this Hilton for a longer stay or even a staycation.
