All around the hotel the views are spectacular. Our suite was spacious and clean, excellent bathroom. The check in process was super smooth. The way to the hotel from the boat dock is steep but they have a complimentary tuktuk which helps if you don't want to hike up. The staff is excellent, attentive and very polite. One of the staff, Taha, stood out for us, he makes an excellent mint lemonade. The breakfast buffet has an extensive choice. Dinner choices are varied and decent tasting. Each night a dinner they have local musicians perform lovely music. Bed are comfortable.

Located in the Nubian Desert on the banks of the Nile, opposite Elephantine Island, Sofitel Legend Old Cataract offers elegant rooms and suites. It features outdoor and indoor pools. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world, Maldives, Caribia, Dubai etc. but Old Cataract beats them all. Wow, what a hotel. Location. Atmosphere. Staff. They got it all. Thank you ❤️.

Exotic resort in the middle of the Nile on an island near the centre of Aswan. 28 acres of landscaped gardens with magnificent views of the Nile, mountains and Aswan city. Very nice Hotel by the river Nile! Christina was super and gave us an open heart welcome. The concierge Mostafa, was really helpful with all the tours that we wanted to arrange, he was really welcoming and offered an amazing hot hibiscus tea at his own store.

The reception team reached out right after I made my booking and even checked in about my arrival time, which was a nice touch. When I got there, they gave me a full run-through of the resort—restaurants, gym, all the facilities. The Jazoor restaurant was a real highlight: great food, beautiful Nile view, just the perfect combo. Breakfast was just as good in the lounge. Big thanks to Dina Hassan at reception, she was super supportive and really made the stay even better.

Situated on the Nile River in the downtown, Tolip Aswan Hotel offers views of the Nile. It features a fully equipped gym, a table tennis and various entertainments options such as bowling and cinema. Very good service, courteous and helpful. Received an upgrade to a suite entirely at their offering

Absolutely friendly and stunning staff. The level of cleanliness is unbelievable and the facility is great. The breath taking from the breakfast lounge is breath taking. The view on the nile and the virgin untouched nature are so beautiful. The wellness offer is one of the best I have seen in the world - though much cheaper than Europe for e.g. but pretty expensive for the Egyptian market.
