We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!

I was fooled by the outside of the property. Plain. But going in i was very pleasantly surprised by the interior. Usually photos look different than the real thing, not here. My room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the square with its cafes and trees. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. All staff were friendly and the neighborhood is safe yet in the center of the shopping area in Granada. My family and I enjoyed every moment in this hotel, so much so that we extended our stay for an additional night.

A Grand Luxury Palace in the historic center of the city. The Palacio de los Patos is a 5* Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel located in a fully renovated 19th-century palace. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-10 minutes walking time to the main spots in town. We had a very spacious room in the old building, very comfortable and quiet, really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, maybe the choice was not the widest possible, but everything was in a good quality. Also the staff was helpful and made our visit to Granada as convenient as possible.

Upon arrival with my hybrid car, the person who dealed with the valet service asked me if I would like my battery to be charged while my car was parked in the garage. I found this extremely considerate and it set the tone of the rest of my stay. The staff showed a trully helpfull attitude at all times and delivered a high standard service. The rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. But the best of all was the ski-service in the hotel. It was super easy to get a ski-pass and ski materials in the hotel. On top of this, the hotel is located on the slope, so not hustle at all.
