They are really nice and helped us a lot. Talking about the room, the cleanliness was great. The room size and the amenities were perfect for a couple. We also booked a spa. I must say, they were so professional and we loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would really recommend getting the dinner & breakfast deal, the buffet breakfast was perfect- with eggs of our choice, lots of fresh fruit, cheeses, meat, juices & pastries. The dinner was fantastic. The views from the lake facing rooms are amazing. The staff were lovely. In winter it was quiet so we had the spa all to ourselves. You need to ask for the sauna to be turned on This place had so many lovely attentions to detail, it felt really luxurious but is very reasonably priced.
