The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. My room was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid

The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. These traditional restored apartments are set in the most authentic area of old Madrid, only a few metres from Puerta del Sol. Air con fantastic, kept apartment ambient temp. when it was close to 40 degrees outside Very friendly and helpful staff, Fariel was fantastic during checkin and breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Very caring, kind and knowledgeable about the area. Bed was really comfy, best I have slept in in a while. Location great perfect to be able to explore the area Room quiet and sound proof from outside
