Lovely staff, great surroundings, combination of privacy and service when needed/asked for. New, modern, great technology and beds inside, beautiful old vibe environment. Dordogne is extremely charming, I do think car is necessary. People in this region were sweet to us, much more pleasant than in other parts of France.

I couldnt have asked for any more in an accommodation. Their garden was absolutely magnificent and their attention to the detail their was obvious.

Because we liked to ride also in the evening/night, they even bought lights for us! The breakfast was fenomenal: 12 handmade jams, fruits, baguette, cheese, ham, coffee, juice and crepes the one day and cookies the others. The spa looks great, but we had no time to use it.

The Archambeau’s restaurant serves regional specialities and features an outdoor terrace. Guests can relax on the sun terrace by the pool, or enjoy a drink in the bar. Great place, family run, which attracts locals into the bar as well as we tourists. We were visiting Lascaux but also found other places to visit (Chateau de Losse) nearby to visit. Lovely countryside to drive through. This was a great base, quieter than nearby Montignac.

I liked everything, pleasant and helpful service, high culture, comfort, very clean, beautiful interior, many opportunities for relaxation, beautiful surroundings... everything was perfect!
